Walter Clinton, Chairman & CEO

Walter (Wally) has been involved in political campaigns for over 27 years. Wally developed the 4-phase voter contact program that revolutionized the way telephones are utilized in campaigns. He sits on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Political Consultants, is the Vice President of the International Association for Practical Politics and is a Member of the International Association of Political Consultants. He is a frequent lecturer on the subject of Political Campaigns and has spoken both domestically (George Washington University, American University, University of New Orleans, University of North Carolina and Florida International University to name a few) and internationally (Republic of Georgia in the Former Soviet Union, Central and South America). Wayne R. Blanchard, President & COO

As President of TCG, Inc., Wayne is intricately involved in ensuring quality operations and successful programs on a day-to-day basis. Our clients benefit from his years of knowledge and experience in telecommunications, project management and delivering quality customer service programs. At TCG he has created a customer service oriented culture and instilled an atmosphere of teamwork and pride in a job well done.

He has successfully managed large domestic and international financial development initiatives in the banking industry, and developed operational, customer service and transactional processing systems for a large U.S. bank.

Wayne has also handled the relocation and restructuring of large call center operations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance and a Masters in Public Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Stephen M. Sementelli, Director of Grassroots Programs

Stephen has over a decade of experience consulting electoral and issues campaigns for a wide range of clients. His work has covered 42 states, Canada and Asia. In 1994, Stephen managed a campaign that The New York Post called, "the largest grassroots effort in the history of New York State politics."

Stephen holds Master's of Arts degrees in Organizational Leadership and Public Policy from Regent University. Stephen has been a frequent speaker at regional training seminars for trade associations on the topic of grassroots lobbying as well as a panelist at symposia at NYU and Columbia University. Donna Wainwright, Director of Client Services

Donna is a TCG Client Service Director and has extensive experience in customer service, sales, quality control, employee relations, and call center operations. She has handled numerous political and commercial programs from the initial client contact, to developing scripts, analysis of records, setting up data entry services and coordinating mailing campaigns.

In addition to her expertise in grassroots initiatives, targeting, and statistical analysis, Donna is also well versed in the selection and buying of records targeted to the client's needs. Donna has an avid interest in environmental issues and enjoys working on initiatives that better our environment.

Raci Ulusoy , Director of Information Technology

Raci manages and oversees the operation of the IT Department at TCG. His department's responsibilities include planning, operations and maintenance of the technical and data infrastructure necessary to support TCG's current and future business needs.
